It’s Monday! What a wonderful day; a great way to end a good weekend. We spent Friday, Saturday AND Sunday largely with the body of Christ. It was a full three days of sweet worship, fellowship and prayer with my fellow heirs. I really can’t think of a better way to spend the days.
This week’s ‘To Do’ list:
- work on labels for my lip balms & liniments
- sort clothes for our clothes swap on Friday and for project Simplify
- mix up a special liniment for a dear friend with varicose veins
- plant some seeds & work on the garden
- prepare for company on Thursday (I’ll share my recipe with you)
- doctor’s visit on Friday
- visiting with friends on Saturday
- and Sunday’s my birthday!!!
- oh yes, and don’t forget all that laundry
My sewing table has been taken over by a Lego city which makes sewing a little difficult. I’ve got a couple of aprons I need to finish up plus, Abigail’s Easter skirt. Why is it always the trim that takes me forever to get done? I can have a garment completely done except for a tiny little thing and then I’ll take months to get back to it. It must be some disorder or traumatic past that causes me to be this way. I’m sure there’s a medical term for it and a pill to cure it. And just as sure, my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Oh well. I’m hoping to get the silly aprons finished off this week or next. I’ll just have to start early enough to have the dinner table cleaned up by suppertime… unless Lego city just happens to experience some severe weather.
It’s going to be a very busy week, Lord willing.

What is this you will be making? I have those terrable things and hope to be going to a vain doctor in the near future to have them taken care of.

I have one more ingredient to gather and then I will get it all done. I’ll be sure you get a bottle. : ) Love you!
