Over the past year or so, we’ve discovered some hidden talent in our 7 year old, Beans. Who knew this rambunctious, can’t sit still for one minute, impetuous little boy could draw like nobody’s business? Pepperoni pesto Wraps Here’s a great way to eat your herbs! pepperoni slices whole wheat tortillas, medium sized mozzarella cheese, shredded pesto These are so yum! They’re very quick but taste like you put work into them. Spread pesto on a whole wheat tortilla, add slices of pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Roll them up and secure with a toothpick.
