Pepperoni pesto Wraps
Here’s a great way to eat your herbs!
- pepperoni slices
- whole wheat tortillas, medium sized
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- pesto
These are so yum! They’re very quick but taste like you put work into them.
Spread pesto on a whole wheat tortilla, add slices of pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Roll them up and secure with a toothpick. Place in an oven preheated at 350 degrees and let those puppies warm up til the cheese melts. 15 – 25 minutes
These are SO filling! One per person is plenty with some fresh veggies and dip. Enjoy!
